Unfortunately all agreements need to have “small print” to resolve the very small number of occasions when something goes wrong. These are our terms which we hope you will agree are reasonable and are based on “common sense”.

• 30% deposit required on reservation with the balance due 2 months before booking start (full payment due if booking within 2 months of start date).
• Prices shown are per Apartment per week and are fixed once the booking deposit has been paid. (Prices are available for other periods on request).
• The price includes the rental of the Apartment for a maximum of 4 people, all linen & towels and a twice weekly maid service.
• The Apartment is available from 4pm on your booking start date and you agree to vacate the Apartment by 10am on your leaving date.
• 10% refundable breakage deposit due before arrival.
• All directions and information will be issued before booking start date.
• Keys are held and all maintenance supplied by local agent.
• If you cancel your booking all payments already made will be forfeited except for any breakage deposit which will be refunded in full.
